King Henry VIII and his royal court await at West Horsley Place as Hosting Henry VIII returns for a spectacular weekend of living history, entertainment and family fun. The historic estate will be transformed into a bustling Tudor court filled with music, theatre, falconry, jousting and larger-than-life historical characters.
Meet Henry VIII and other notable Tudor figures, watch thrilling jousting displays, marvel at falconry demonstrations, enjoy Tudor music and theatre, and discover authentic Tudor food fit for a king.
Budding knights and adventurers can take part in hands-on activities including mini-jousting, sword-fighting classes, archery, shield making and Jester School.
Inspired by real events at West Horsley Place in 1533, the festival combines living history, live performance and family-friendly activities to create an unforgettable summer day out.
